Registration must be completed by 4 September 2015 to receive the early bird rates. After this date the rates will increase as per the table below.
Free Conference Registration Passes
Through the generosity of the conference sponsors there are 60 free conference registrations for people with disability to win. These places will be decided by ballot and are only available for people with disability.
For your chance to win a free conference registration valued at $125, send an email to NDISNewWorldConference@ndis.gov.au by Friday 4 September 2015.

All fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Conference registration entitlements
Full registration fee includes:
- Entry to all conference sessions and the exhibition
- Opportunity to purchase a ticket to attend Conference Cocktail dinner on Tuesday 27 October*
- Morning and afternoon teas
- Conference satchel & Conference materials, including conference program book

A Conference cocktail style dinner will be held on Tuesday 27 October 2015 at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. Tickets for the dinner must be purchased per person and are not included in the registration fee. Please see below for details of ticket prices.
Accommodation has been sourced for delegates at various hotels around Brisbane. You are encouraged to secure your accommodation as soon as possible to ensure that you receive competitive rates, negotiated for conference delegates.

Method of Payment
Registration can only be confirmed once payment is received.
Payment can be made by any of the following methods:

- Cheque made payable to NDIS New World Conference 2015. Payment must be made in Australian dollars, payable at an Australian bank and free of all charges.
Registrations received by 4 September 2015 must be paid in full by 4 September 2015 in order to receive the early bird registration rate.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Deadline: 18 September 2015
Cancellations must be notified by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations made by 18 September 2015 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by 18 September 2015 without incurring any cost penalty. The Conference Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Deadline: 18 September 2015
A deposit for one night's accommodation must be received by 18 September 2015 . Any unpaid rooms will be returned to the hotel on this date. No accommodation deposits will be refunded on or after 18 September 2015.
Please make sure that your accommodation dates are correct. Delegates who confirm attendance and provide credit card details but do not advise of cancellation before 18 September 2015 you will be charged the 'No Show' rate, as penalised by the hotel. Any change in booking must be made in writing to the conference secretariat and NOT directly to the hotel.
All best endeavours will be made to present the program as printed on this website. The Conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Management Committee and the Conference Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Management Committee and the Conference Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
